  4. Immediate Care – Walk-in treatment for both non-life threatening illness as well as routine care -- provided by Internal Medicine physicians.
  5. Open MRI, MRA, CT-Scans, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and X-Ray at our Arlington Heights diagnostic imaging center.
  6. Physical Therapy.
  7. On-site laboratory services at all of our offices.
  8. Nutritional Counseling
  9. Bone Density Scans at Internal Medicine offices.
